Submission Preparation Checklist
- The submission has not been previously published and is not under consideration by another journal.
- The manuscript is written in English.
- The manuscript file is prepared in TeX/LaTeX and a PDF version is provided for review.
- All references listed are cited in the text, and all in-text citations appear in the reference list.
- The total similarity index (e.g., Turnitin/iThenticate) is below 30%.
- All figures/tables are clear and properly labeled, and permissions have been obtained for any copyrighted material.
- A competing interests statement is included (even if none).
- Referee suggestions and contact details are provided in “Comments to the Editor” (optional, if applicable).
Research Article
When you submit a manuscript to Letters on Applied and Pure Mathematics, we will take it to imply that the manuscript has not already been published or submitted elsewhere. If similar or related work has been published or submitted elsewhere, then you must provide a copy with the submitted manuscript. You may not submit your manuscript elsewhere while it is under consideration at Letters on Applied and Pure Mathematics.
The primary affiliation for each author should be the institution where the majority of their work was done. If an author has subsequently moved, the current address may also be stated. Springer Nature remains neutral with regard to jurisdictional claims in published maps and institutional affiliations.
If the manuscript includes personal communications, please provide a written statement of permission from any person who is quoted. Permission by email is acceptable.
We reserve the right to reject a paper even after it has been accepted if it becomes apparent that there are serious problems with its scientific content, or our publishing policies have been violated.
Privacy Statement
The names and e-mail addresses entered in the Letters on Applied and Pure Mathematics site will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of this journal and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.
Author Responsibilities
Responsibility for the technical content and for the protection of proprietary material rests solely with the author(s) and their organizations and is not the responsibility of the publisher, the journal, or its Editorial Staff.
The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that the manuscript has been seen and approved by all co-authors.
It is the responsibility of the author(s) to obtain all necessary copyright permissions for the use of any copyrighted materials in the manuscript prior to submission.
